According to U.S. News and World Report (By Lindsay Huth, April 20, 2018); “ MORE THAN 95 PERCENT OF the world's population lives with unsafe levels of air particle pollution as measured by the World Health Organization's air quality guidelines, including a large swath of populations stretching from Africa to the Middle East and South Asia, according to a recently released report.  The effect is deadly: Air pollution accounts for roughly one out of nine deaths worldwide, or 11.2 percent, according to the State of Global Air/2018, a health project organized by the Health Effects Institute, the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation and the University of British Columbia.”   Air Quality is fundamental to Life on this Planet.  As such, we must be mindful or our National and International Policies, aimed at protecting and improving air Quality in every way.  Whether it’s carbon emissions from factories, jets, or autos; whether it’s emissions from aerosols or open burning; or it’s mother natures fires in our forests, or spewing volcanic ash; air pollution is deadly in time.  And time is an ever diminishing aspect for humanity, so long as these perpetual threats express themselves in our earthly environment.  What is man made, can be corrected or contained.  And in time, what is nature made, will be influenced by the growth or our intellect, knowledge, and technology.
